SELF HEALING RECOMMENDATION:
To assist you in all areas of your life, in specific self healing and gaining control again of your life, I am recommending the use of meditation and visualisation. Positive visualisation is extremely beneficial in bringing you into a stronger sense of health and balance. Anything from depression to cancer, visualisation has been proven to assist in the self healing process. The recommended time to put aside for such positive thinking is 1 to 3 times a day for 10 to 30 mins. Before sleep and after awaking are seen as the best times. No matter what treatment you are getting from a medical professional, naturopath or energy healer, visualisation will help. It helps to utilise the treatments already being used, and helps maintain a level of health.
The strongest form of visualisation is one that sits well with you as an individual. The only things that must be followed is that it must be a positive thought or vision. Remember if you have trouble visualising, the more you do it the stronger it will become, and always KNOW it is working and know it is there.
Allowing your self to be undisturbed if possible, give this time to you to nurture you. Find a comfortable position, if you are tired please don’t lie down as you may fall asleep. A comfortable sitting position is good, and it still keeps you in someway aware of your surroundings.
Draw a few nice deep breathes, drawing them right up your body feeling and getting to know how your body feels and what is going on with it. Allow your body to become heavy and relaxed. When you feel ready begin your visualisation… some ideas are: imagine something that pours over the disease or pain, breaking it down or making it shrink, but not harming any healthy cells… Imagine love pouring into the area and offering love to the pain or disease.
Try and hold the vision for as long as you can. … imagine the most beautiful peaceful music flowing into the area and carrying away your diseased or painful cells, and the music replaces them with love and healing…. Imagine the good and healthy cells in the area as fighter planes attaching and destroying the disease or pain… imagine a colour, for example white light of love, entering the area and filling it all with love and healing… see it and know it is happening and is there…. You may like to use affirmations like: “I have no pain. I have only love.” “I am loved and I am healed.” “My mind is a clear crystal. I think only loving thoughts.” “I am free of all pain. I am supported.” etc.
See your self as fully healthy, vital, disease free and fulfilling your life and goals with joy.
Our thoughts create the world we live in and our reality, thru the power of our thoughts we have the ability to heal and be free of pain. Listen to your thoughts and pay attention to what they are reflecting about you… do you often think ill of others, or judge others or do you often think loving thoughts or happy thoughts? Listen and become more aware of your thoughts and redirect them into the positive happy side by changing the old thinking patterns.
It takes commitment and time to reprogram your thoughts, please try and persevere as it will change your life.
During this time of change and bringing in these new ways, please always nurture you, and treat yourself to a nice hot bath or massage once a week at least. Talk nicely to yourself, and always BE KIND TO YOU. You ARE the most important person in your life, call out your name and love it!! Love who you are.
