For all Temple of Balance Events
50% of the deposit amount will be refundable if you cancel within 2 weeks of payment. In this case the refund will be paid to you within 2 weeks via the method you paid, or can be used in credit towards another event or service. In which case you will need to talk about this with Temple of Balance administrators.
After 2 weeks of deposit payment, there will be no refunds offered under any circumstance.
If you choose to not attend, for any reason, you forfeit your money.
In some cases a credit towards another event or service can be arranged, but must be agreed to by Temple of Balance administrators.
If Temple of Balance cancel an event, you are entitled to a full refund, via the method you used to pay, within 2 weeks of written cancellation.
